πŸ“Œ Executive Summary & Key Takeaways

Protocol breakdown of drop-hammer 200J kinetic impact energy and 15,000N hydraulic press compression testing under ISO EN 20344 procedures.

1. In-House Verification: The Model 615 Impact Rig

To guarantee that every batch of safety boots leaving our Gaomi facility complies strictly with EN ISO 20345:2022 and ASTM F2413-18, GUANGHE operates an in-house certified Model 615 drop-hammer impact tower and 15kN hydraulic compression tester.

Under the standard test protocol, a 20 kg steel striker is dropped from a calibrated height of 1,020 mm, delivering exactly 200 Joules of kinetic impact energy onto the safety toe cap. A modeling clay cylinder placed inside the toe cap measures residual clearance. For size EU 42, minimum clearance must remain β‰₯ 14.0 mm with zero cracking through the toe structure.
